Fujitsu Components America has announced the release a range of ultra-thin, lightweight, flexible and rigid touch panels suitable for a wide variety of devices. These panels use new plastic film substrates that are tougher and lighter than traditional glass touch panels. Fujitsu's new panels are dirt cheap, too, so we can look forward to seeing touchscreens showing up all kinds of products.
