Movilogic has released CryptoHack 1.0 for PalmOS 3.1 and higher (freeware Hackmaster extension) that encrypts application databases using 576-bit Blowfish encryption in a shared library that other applications can use if they choose.

W3C has accepted the submission of v1.2 of Web Services Description Language (WSDL) that was written by 25 companies. It is expected that this standard would make it easier to take current Web technologies and make them more interoperable with XML and other advanced messaging formats found within wireless networks.
