Slashdot.org is reporting that Royal, the developer and manufacturer of Royal daVinci devices, is planning on a US$199-249 priced "Linux" handheld that uses a Toshiba MIPS processor.

Mark/Space has announced the release of DataCord Serial cables for doing DB-9 or DB-25 serial data connections from Palm/TRG/Visor handheld devices.
