Reuters is reporting that Xerox has won a legal ruling that enables them to continue to pursue claims against 3Com's Palm Computing group for handwriting technology patent infringement.

Puma Technology has announced that Silicon Graphics has chosen Intellisync software as their corporate synchronization standard to further enable their sales force and executive staff to quickly and seamlessly synchronize critical information between their laptops and Palm Computing platform devices.

PhatWare is now shipping for Microsoft's Windows CE -- HPC Notes 3.02 (notes organizer that can synchronize with Microsoft Outlook 98/2000) Standard (US$36) and Lite Editions (US$18).

PunchList via StrataSystems has announced that version v2.0 of PunchList for Palm OS (US$199) is available and being demoed at several conferences. This advanced project tracking solution is reportedly being used at: Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New Orleans, Aladdin Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Drury Inns nationwide, Campus Facilities at the UC Santa Monica, and Palo Alto Medical Foundation.
