Yafa sells multi-functional pens that can be "refilled" with a stylus to add additional handheld access capabilities.

NTT Mobile Communications Network has announced plans to offer "color displays" on future "interactive cellular telephone" devices that will use a CDMA network called "iMode." [InfoWorld, 24Jan2000, page 66a]

AOL has reportedly hammered out deals with Compaq and Casio to bundle an "AOL email package" for Windows CE in future palm-size devices released by Compaq and Casio. Expect general availability of the AOL email package by the end of Feb2000.

PC World is reporting "SAME PALMS, NEW PRICES -- Palm Computing cuts prices to fend off competition and draw in price-sensitive consumers."

Aramis Communications has announced that they are shipping their 2000 edition of Cahners Travel Group's "Weissmann City Reports & Profiles" for the Palm Computing platform. The current library of reports & profiles available range from "Amsterdam to Zurich, and includes major cities in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America."
