Centura Software has announced Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is using Centura's mobile solutions in their future Power Quality (PQ) monitoring and assessment system.

Handspring has created a new in-store demo solution being distributed at CompUSA, Fry's, J&R, and Staples that uses Club Photo's Album-To-Go v1.61 to demonstrate mobile picture album sharing capabilities.

Infinity Softworks has announced new updates to their powerOne Finance v2.0 solution (expected to ship Jan. 2001 for US$50) to include versions that do: custom equation solving, loan calculations, and lease calculations.

mBrain Software has announced a new Adobe PDF reader for EPOC savvy handheld devices called "Pdf." The package will be distributed in two flavors: free (limited functionality) and plus (commercial features).

Bachmann Software & Services has announced four new printing solutions for handhelds: PrintBoy 2.2 (US$15), PrintBoy Documents (US$20), PrintBoy Deluxe (US$33), and Bachmann Print Manager 3.2 (US$35).

Franklin Covey has announced that their Franklin Planner Software Suite for Palm Handhelds will now be bundled with AportisDoc Reader 2.2 from Aportis Technologies.
