Tech Center Labs offers some unique Palm OS and REX accessories -- lights, cases, and IrDA beam "blaster."

Centura Software has announced that their CEO -- Scott Broomfield -- will be speaking at Palm Source Conference at 12:30-1:30 p.m. on December 13. His session is entitled "Manage the Unmanageable: What Happens After Installing Mobility in the Enterprise."

General Motors has announced plans to standardize on using Pumatech's Intellisync Gold software for doing Palm OS-to-desktop application synchronization. The following other companies have similar agreements with Pumatech: Boeing, Harley-Davidson, Amazon.com, and The Gap.

Mobile Lifestreams has announced the publishing of a new report called "Next Messaging: From SMS to EMS to MMS" available via mobilesms.com/ordering.asp.

Xportical offers "Internet wireless business communication services" and is a primary systems integrator for a new site called "Air Santa Claus" for wireless Palm OS devices or for mobile phones.

Parthus Technology recently held a series of demos on December 5 at the Bluetooth Developers' Conference that illustrated their view of where they see next-generation Bluetooth solutions going -- #1.) Bluetooth enabled MP3 Player; #2.) Bluetooth and GPS combined chipsets; and #3.) interoperable Bluetooth to other IP/RF chipsets.
