TealPoint Software has announced the release of "TealAgent" -- a US$20 Palm OS based data converter (Excel/Access) and offline web browser package that interacts with Windows computers.

iambic Software has announced the release of iambic Mail (US$15) -- a direct POP/SMTP email package for Palm OS devices that will also work with wireless solutions like OmniSky. Other features: easy-to-use interface; reply, redirect, & forward capabilities; and mail folders for organizing email stored on your Palm OS device.

Daytimer and Palm have announced plans to sell Palm OS products -- like the m100 -- with new Daytimer paper solutions in Target Superstores throughout the United States.

Enfour has announced a new "free proxy server service" that brings legacy Asian text encodings found on current websites to UTF-8 Unicode text encoding standard environments like Enfour's UniFEP for Symbian EPOC devices.

AOL has announced support for email and instant messaging on RIM 950 Wireless Handhelds in a new bundle called "AOL Mobile Communicator" (US$330 for the device, and US$20 a month for services).
