Informal Software has released a new tool called "enotate software" (US$50) that will let Palm OS users apply "electronic markings" to documents, briefings, photos, and other data formats.

Paragraph has announced that their "soon-to-be released" CalliGrapher v6.0 for Windows CE will support all currently shipping Windows CE v2.11/v3.0 systems and the new PocketPC devices.

Cutting Edge Software has announced the redesign of their website by Snapper Solutions that includes more emphasis on enterprise customer support and solutions. Cutting Edge has also announced that they expect QuickSheet v5.0 for Palm (spreadsheet application) to ship in the next few weeks.

BSQUARE and their BlueWater Systems subsidiary has announced a new developer kit called "WinDK Xpress Kit Suite for Windows CE" (now supports Motorola's Embedded PowerPC processors), and "WinRT-USB" for building solutions for Windows CE 3.0 and 2.12.

NowSpeed -- a wireless Internet Application Service Provider (ASP) -- has announced a new "NowSpeed Executive Advisory Board" that will have the following initial members: James Saviano (Computer Sciences Corporation); Michael Grady (formerly at Argon Networks); and Robert Cramer (formerly at FirstSense Software).
