Paragon Software has announced a new version of PenReader -- handwriting recognition software -- for Windows CE devices. This version supports 26 "European" languages and are working on Russian and Greek support. There is also a personal computer edition that supports Windows 95/98/NT/2000.
Palm has posted "Palm HotSync Manager v3.0.4 Update" that includes new support for: better backup/restore operations; enables use of all available COM ports; PalmConnect USB adapter; doubled serial link speed to 115-Kbps; and IR HotSync operations.

time and billing application -- Timesolv -- now supports wireless
capabilities for Palm OS based devices, and for Research-In- Motion (RIM)
Palmtop Software has released a file
synchronization solution for Symbian EPOC for desktop computers called
"MyPocket." This company also builds Palm OS and Windows CE based solutions.
