Symbol Technologies is reporting that "Electronics Boutique" (EP) has installed a Symbol based wireless handheld Point of Sale (POS) system in EP's Brooklyn, NY store. The system was integrated by Symbol business partner Kyrus Corporation, and uses Symbol's Spectrum 24 radio frequency technology and SPT 1740 hand-held computer.
