PhatWare has announced a new "single-word translation" utility for Windows CE called "HPC Translate 1.0." Initially only English to/from Spanish is supported, but support for other languages is expected soon for Italian, German, and French. The Mobile and PDA Expo is going to be held 21-23Apr99 in Chicago, Illinois at the Chicago Sheraton and Towers. The conference workshops will focus on smart phones, two-way pagers, handheld devices, and pen PCs.
