Hand Held Products has announced a new integrated Dolphin handheld computer that incorporates both "a laser bar code scanner and an industry-leading image capture" capability.

Lightpoint Systems has announced plans to build "solar technology" that can be easily integrated and engineered for use by third party manufacturers of notebooks, beepers, and handhelds.
