Mark/Space Newsletter #13 reports that you can now download PageNOW! v1.5 (beta) for PalmPilot devices and you can purchase this product online via PilotGear HQ. The newsletter also hints at breaking news of an "anonymous" PalmPilot communication solution being recently purchased by Mark/Space that should be re-released in Dec98. More information on this product as soon as we know more.

SanDisk is now shipping new high-capacity CompactFlash (CF) memory cards in 64, 80, 96, and 160MB sizes. All of these sizes are reportedly Windows CE Professional Handheld PC compatible.

Windows CE developers have a new software developer tool called "Intertop CE Application Builder" from Intertop Corporation.

PC WORLD's Daily Computer News Alert published for 16Nov98 has an article entitled "TWO-YEAR-OLD WINDOWS CE GETS MORE POWERFUL: The new version of the operating system has features likely to appeal to IT managers".

NEC Computer Systems Division has announced the new "MobilePro 800"--a Windows CE savvy Professional Handheld PC that comes with a 9.4-inch SVGA color display and uses the NEC VR4121 MIPS microprocessor.

BSQUARE has announced a new "productivity" collection of Windows CE solutions called "bPRODUCTIVE Essentials Pak."

Compaq, Casio, Everex, and Philips have teamed with Audible.Com to use Audible.Com's mobile digital audio software technology to bring quality audio solutions and content to Windows CE devices.

Adam Tow at Foundation Systems reports new versions of Mapper v1.10, nHTML 1.0, and Area Code Change 2.1 for the Newton. Adam has also redesigned his WWW site and placed the following products into the public domain by releasing their source code: AlarmClock, Area Code Change, Backlight Plus, DragNDrop Names, Dvorak, Mapper, nBattleship, NewtonID, nHTML, ProofRead, and SpellWorks.

Jan Wunsche reports that Swedish Newton users should find the Newton package "Svensk Almanacka 1999" very useful because it installs all the Swedish holidays in 1999 into the Newton Dates application. You can check it out via www.wunsche.pp.se/almanacka.
